Do you only offer valet trash service for vacation rentals?
Not at all! While we love keeping vacation homes pristine, our valet trash service is available for all residential properties in Galveston. Whether it’s your primary residence, a long-term rental, or a short-term stay, if it’s a home, we’re happy to handle the haul.

How do I sign up?
Visit our website, pick a service plan, and fill out a quick form. We’ll handle the rest!
Do I need to be home during service?
Nope! We perform services while you’re away, as long as we have access to your bins.
Do you work with gate codes or access codes?
Yes, we can securely store gate or lockbox codes you provide at sign-up to ensure smooth access.
Do you work in bad weather?
Yes, we operate in rain or shine. In severe conditions, we’ll notify you of any delays or rescheduling.
What happens on holidays?
We follow the city’s adjusted schedule and plan accordingly.
Trash & Bin Services
What if my bins are full before trash day?
Use our TrashDash service and request an On-Demand Pickup. We’ll empty your bin and haul the trash away.
Can I schedule a one-time service?
Yes. We offer one-time trash pickups and can clean bins on an as needed basis.
Do you bring the bins back after pickup?
Yes. Our standard service includes returning bins from the curb after city collection. You will receive before and after photos.
Do you clean up trash around the bins?
Trash must be placed in the bins. If there are few pieces that fell out, our team will gladly pick them up, but if animals or birds have gotten into the trash and it is scattered all over, we will charge an additional fee
What do you do with the trash you haul away?
We dispose of it responsibly at licensed disposal or transfer stations.

How often do you clean trash cans?
You can schedule monthly, quarterly, or one-time cleanings. We pressure wash, sanitize, and deodorize your bins after trash day.

No. Our business model is month to month so you can cancel at any time.
Will I receive notifications?
Yes! We will send before and after photos when the work is completed so you’re always informed.
